Ein \(N\)-Elektronenproblem wird zunächst bei ruhendem Kern gelöst und dann die Kernbewegung durch eine kleine Korrektion berücksichtigt. Das Ergebnis wird mit der Erfahrung verglichen, und es ergibt sich gute Übereinstimmung.
