Let \(S_1(S_2)\) be a triangle with vertices at the points \(0\), \(1\), \(l\lambda\) (\(l\overline\lambda\), respectively), where \(l>0\), \(\lambda= \exp(i\pi/3)\); furthermore, let \(\Omega_1(\Omega_2)\) denote the union of all triangles being congruent to \(S_1\) (\(S_2\), respectively) with respect to the transformations \(\omega_{nm}(z)= z+ l(n\lambda+m\overline \lambda)\), \(n,m\in\mathbb{Z}\), and let \(L= \partial\Omega_1\setminus T\), where \(T\) stands for the set of all corner points of the contour. The present paper is concerned with the problems of existence, uniqueness and representations of doubly-periodic, piecewise-holomorphic functions \(j_k(z)\) (\(z\in\Omega_k\), \(k= 1,2\)) with the main periods \(l\lambda\), \(l\overline\lambda\), satisfying the conditions \[ j_1(t)= Aj_2(t)- B\overline{[t'(s)]^2j_2(t)},\quad t\in L, \] \[ {1\over l} \int^l_0\text{Im }j_1(x)dx= a,\quad {1\over l}\int^l_0 \text{Re}[\exp(-i\pi/6)j_1(\lambda x)]dx= b. \] (Here, \(A\) and \(B\) are arbitrary complex coefficients with \(| A|\geq| B|\), \(a\) and \(b\) are given real parameters, and \(t'(s)\) means the derivation on the contour \(L\) with respect to its natural parameter.) The article thus continues investigations of four papers of 1990-1992 by the author (partly joint with Yu. P. Emets) and gives a detailed description of the results announced by the author in [Dokl. Akad. Nauk SSSR 327, 326-330 (1992)].
