Riemannian manifolds \((M,g)\) structured by a \({\mathcal T}\)-parallel connection have been defined by the second author [Kodai Math. J. 2, 1-10 (1979; Zbl 0406.53028)]. This is a manifold carrying a globally defined vector field \({\mathcal T}\) so that \(\nabla_{\mathcal T} e_a= 0\) for the vectors \(e_a\) of an orthonormal basis. The 1-form dual to \({\mathcal T}\) is denoted by \({\mathcal T}^b= \alpha\). It is proved that such an \((M,g)\) of dimension \(2m\) is a space form and is endowed with a locally conformal symplectic form \(\Omega\) having \(\alpha\) as covector of Lee, i.e. \(d\Omega= 2\alpha\wedge \Omega\), and \({\mathcal T}\) defines a relative conformal transformation of \(\Omega\), i.e. \[ d({\mathcal L}_{\mathcal T}\Omega)= 4(c+ f)\alpha\wedge \Omega, \] where \(c\) is a constant and \(f\) is the distinguished scalar on \(M\). The vector field \({\mathcal T}\) is closed torse forming and its components form an eigenspace \(E^{2m}\) of the Laplacian \(\Omega\) of eigenvalue \(f\). Furthermore, the tangent bundle \(TM\) of such an \(M\) is considered. Let \(V\) be the Liouville vector field on \(TM\) and \(\psi\) the associated Finslerian 2-form. It is established that (i) the complete lift \(\Omega^c\) of \(\Omega\) defines a conformal symplectic structure on \(TM\), (ii) if \(X\) is a skew-symmetric Killing vector field having \({\mathcal T}\) as generator, then \(\Omega^c\) is invariant by \(X\), and \(X\) defines also an infinitesimal conformal transformation of the canonical symplectic form \(II= f\psi\), (iii) the vertical lift \(X^V\) of \(X\) defines a relative conformal transformation of the Finslerian form \(\psi\).
