The author proves a limit theorem concerning the dependence disappearance of the pseudo-random number sequence generated by the Weyl transformation \(X_n^{(m)}(x, \alpha)=\sum_{k=1}^m d^{(k)}(x+n\alpha)\) (mod \(b\)), with an irrational number \(\alpha\) and \(b\geq 2\), where \(d^{(k)}(x)\) be the \(k\)-th digit of \(x \geq 0\) in decimal part of its base-\(b\) expansion, and \(X_n^{(m)}\) be the \(\{0,1,\dots,b-1\}\)-valued function on \([0,1)^{2}\). This result is an extension of the theorem derived by \textit{H. Sugita} for \(b=2\) [Monte Carlo Methods Appl. 1, No. 1, 35--57 (1995; Zbl 0827.65002)].
