[For part I see in: Third international conference in stochastic geometry, convex bodies and empirical measures. Suppl. Rend. Circ. Mat. Palermo, II. Ser. 65, 109-115 (2000; Zbl 0967.60002).] The paper tackles a problem of Buffon's needle type in the three-dimensional Euclidean space \(E^3\). Here, an arbitrary convex body of revolution (which is small enough with respect to the chosen lattice) plays the role of a needle. The geometric probabilities of intersecting the lattice are calculated for the four particular lattices of parallelepipeds and prisms in \(E^3\).
