Let \(G\) be a finite group and \(\mathbb{Z} G\) its integral group ring. If the normalizer of \(G\) in the unit group of \(\mathbb{Z} G\) is generated by the group \(G\) and the central units of \(\mathbb{Z} G\), then we say that \(G\) satisfies the normalizer property. Groups satisfying the normalizer property and those who do not satisfy the property were subject of active research in recent years. In particular this question was a central point in the work of Hertweck where he found two non-isomorphic finite groups having isomorphic integral group rings. In the paper under review it is shown that Frobenius groups have the normalizer property. If the Frobenius complement is not of even order, then a result of Jackowski and Marciniak implies the statement. If not, then the structure of these groups is very well known, in particular the action on the Frobenius kernel, and this knowledge is sufficient to conclude.
