The \(n\times n\) matrices \(A\) and \(B\) with entries in a field \(K\) are called congruent if \(B=P'AP\) for some matrix \(P\in GL_n(K),\) where \(P'\) is the transpose of \(P.\) The authors show that any matrix \(A\) is congruent to its transpose \(A'.\)
