The paper presents the problem of obtaining Sonine functions and Sonine spaces associated by de Branges to the Fourier transform. Using orthogonal projection to distributions, some tempered distributions having the Sonine property are obtained. Moreover, some Sonine spaces are presented and explicit formulas representing the functions arising in the theory of Sonine spaces are obtained.
