Stability radii of linear discrete-time systems with delays (Q1862702)

This paper considers the polynomial matrix \[ P(z)= z^{k+1}I+ \sum^k_0 P_i z^i \] supposed to have zeros only in the open unit disk of the complex plane. For structured perturbations of the form \(P_i\sim\to P_i+ D_i\Delta_iE_i\), the complex stability radius is defined; it is shown how to compute it using the spectral radius of \(p(z)\). A simple example is given.
