The author considers a generalization of the problem on a plane pendulum treated in [\textit{B. Ya. Lokshin, V. A. Privalov} and \textit{V. A. Samsonov}, ``Introduction into the problem on body motion in the resisting medium'', Izd. MGU, Moscow (1986)]. The author studies the case of a spatial motion and establishes a complete integrability of the Jacobi equations of motion. Also the structure of the phase portrait of the system under consideration is discussed.
