Let \(G\) be a finite Abelian group of order \(| G| \). Denote by \(\tau(G)\) and \(r(G)\) the number of subgroups of \(G\) and the rank of \(G\), respectively. Define \(l_r(m)=\sum_{| G| =m, r(G)\leq r} \tau(G)\). Then the corresponding zeta-function is defined by \[ H_r(s)=\sum_{m=1}^\infty \frac{l_r(m)}{m^s}. \] In this paper the author obtains one- and two-dimensional limit theorems for \(H_3(s)\) in the complex plane and in the space of meromorphic functions. This continues researches in [Publ. Math. 52, No. 3--4, 517--533 (1998; Zbl 0923.11124)] and [Number theory. Proc. Turku symposium on number theory, Turku, Finland, 1999. Berlin: de Gruyter. 179--192 (2001; Zbl 0971.11049)], where he treated \(H_2(s)\).
