The author considers the following initial value problem for integro-differential inclusions: \[ \dot x(t)\in \Biggl( t,x(t), \int_{t_0}^t \Phi(s,x(s))\,ds \Biggr), \quad x(t_0)= x_0, \] where \(x\in \mathbb{R}^n\), \(\Phi(.,.): \mathbb{R}^1\times \mathbb{R}^n\to \text{Comp} (\mathbb{R}^m)\) and \(F(.,.,.): \mathbb{R}^1\times \mathbb{R}^n\times \text{Conv} (\mathbb{R}^m)\to \text{Comp} (\mathbb{R}^n)\) are multivalued mappings. The above integral is in the sense of Aumann. He introduces the notion of a quasisolution of the above inclusion and proves a theorem on the relationship between quasisolutions and ordinary solutions. A relaxation theorem and the compactness of the set of ordinary solutions are also proved.
