The author discusses some new cases when the invariant measure and an additional first integral exist in the problem of a rigid body rolling on a sphere and on an ellipsoid. These cases generalize the results obtained previously by \textit{V. A. Yaroshchuk} [Mosc. Univ. Mech. Bull. 47, No. 6, 1--4 (1992; Zbl 0790.70005)] and \textit{A. V. Borisov, I. S. Mamaev}, and \textit{A. A. Kilin} [Regul. Chaotic Dyn. 7, No. 2, 201--219 (2002; Zbl 1058.70010)].
