Considering \(L\) a meet-continuous lattice, \(X\) a completely normal and extremally disconnected \(L\)-topological space [\textit{T. Kubiak}, Höhle, Ulrich (ed.) et al., Mathematics of fuzzy sets. Logic, topology, and measure theory. Dordrecht: Kluwer Academic Publishers. Handb. Fuzzy Sets Ser. 3, 433--479 (1999; Zbl 0977.54007)], and \(A\subset X\) a nonempty subspace of \(X\), the authors show that a continuous function \(f: A\to I(L)\) (\(I(L)\) being the unit \(L\)-interval) has a continuous extension over the whole space \(X\).
