A modified version of the theory of the very early Universe, based on the conformal anomaly on a dilaton-gravitational field, namely quantum cosmology as following from \(N=4\) quantum super Yang-Mills theory, perturbed by dilaton-coupled scalars and spinor fields, is considered. The induced effective action for such a theory is calculated on a dilaton-gravitational background. The conformal anomaly is calculated via the AdS/CFT correspondence. The effect from the dilaton on the scale factor, which corresponds to inflation without dilaton, is studied. It is shown that, depending on the initial conditions for the dilaton, the inflation could be decelerated or accelerated. At late times, the dilaton is decaying exponentially. Two special cases are considered. If one has a scalar field and the spinor is absent, the dilaton leads to acceleration, as compared with the case of no dilaton (see: Quiroga, J., Mod. Phys. Lett. A18, 1257, 2003). In another case, when the scalar field is absent, the approximate solutions of the equations of motion will represent the real world if one chooses the parameters of the spinor and dilaton appropriately. Quantum dS Universe occurs by fine tuning of the parameters of the theory, the authors conclude.
