Let \(k\) be a field, \(\mu\) be a homeomorphism similar to the Magnus representation [\textit{A. N. Danilov}, Russ. Math. Surv. 55, No. 3, 572--573 (2000); translation from Usp. Mat. Nauk 55, No. 3, 175--176 (2000; Zbl 0967.08007)]. The author proves that if char \(k\not=2\) (only for the \(\varepsilon\)-case) and the ideal \(I\) is monomial, then \(\text{ker}\,\mu = [I,I]\).
