The paper contains two theorems: in the first one, some Gel'fand widths of anisotropic Sobolev periodic classes of smooth functions are obtained; in the second one, the author obtains average Gel'fand widths of anisotropic Sobolev spaces of smooth functions. All basic concepts (including the Gel'fand width) are presented and defined in the paper, so that it is self-contained.
