The author considers the oscillatory integrals given by \(T(f)(x)=\int_{0}^{\infty} e^{ig(x,y)}\varphi(x,y) f(y)\,dy\), \(x\geq 0\), where \(g(x,y)\) is of the form \(g(x,y)=x^b y^a +\gamma(x^{b/a})\gamma_2(y)\) \((b\geq a\geq 2)\), and \(\varphi\) satisfies \(| \varphi(x,y)| \leq C\) and \(| D\varphi(x,y)| \leq C| x-y| ^{-1}\). Under some technical conditions on \(\gamma\) and \(\gamma_2\), he gives that \(T\) maps \(L^p\) into itself if \(p=(a+b)/b\). As a special case, he treats the case \(\gamma(x)=x^m\), \(\gamma_2(x)=x^{m_2}\) \((0<m, m_2<a)\). \(L^p\)-boundedness for \(p=(a+b)/b\) in the case \(a, b\geq1\) and \(\gamma(x)=C\) was studied in [\textit{Y. Pan} and \textit{G. Sampson}, J. Fourier Anal. Appl. 4, No. 1, 93--103 (1998; Zbl 0911.42008) and [\textit{Y. Pan, G. Sampson} and \textit{P. Szeptycki}, Stud. Math. 122, No. 3, No. 1, 201--224 (1997; Zbl 0876.42008)].
