A submanifold of a Kähler manifold is called a CR-warped product if it is the warped product \(N_\top\times_f N_\perp\) of a compact, complex submanifold \(N_\top\) and a totally real submanifold \(N_\perp\). Where the warped product \(N_\top \times_fN_\perp\) is the product manifold \(N_\top\times N_\perp\) equipped with Riemannian metric \(g= g_{N_\top}+f^2g_{N_\perp}\). The function \(f\) is a positive differentiable function on \(N_\top\) and is called the warping function. In this paper, the authors prove that if \(m=h+p+hp\), then \(N_\perp\) is holomorphically isometric to \(\mathbb{C} P^h(4)\). Where \(\dim N_\top=h\) and \(\dim N_\perp=p\), and \(J\) is the complex structure of \(N_\top\times_fN_\perp\) in a Kähler manifold \(\mathbb{C} P^m(4)\) which is the complex projective \(m\)-space of constant holomorphic sectional curvature 4. Also the authors prove the complex dimension \(m\) of the ambient space is at least \(h+p+hp\). Moreover, they obtain two geometric inequalities for CR-warped products in \(\mathbb{C} P^m\) with compact \(N_\top\) as follows. \[ \int_{T_\top \times\{q\}} \|\sigma\|^2 dV_\top\geq 4hp\cdot\text{vol}(N_\top) \] and \[ \int_{N_\top\times\{q\}} \|\sigma \|^2dV_\top\geq 2p\lambda_1 \int_{N_\top} (\ln f)^2 dV_\top+4hp\cdot\text{vol}(N_\top). \] Where \(\sigma\) is the second fundamental form and \(q\in N_\perp\).
