This paper combines various well-known results on stabilization of linear systems affected by uncertainties, time-delay, sector nonlinearities and additive disturbances, following a standard Lyapunov-Krasovskij functional approach and resulting in a standard linear matrix inequality (LMI) formulation. Despite being well-written and probably technically correct, the paper never goes further than combining in a straightforward way existing results from the control literature (published in the journals IFAC Automatica and IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control). As such, the paper does not provide, in this reviewer's opinion, any additional insight. The illustrative numerical examples are purely academic.
