For \(0<p<\infty\), \(Q^{\#}_p \) \((Q^\#_{p,0})\) is the class of meromorphic functions \(f\) defined in the unit disk \(D\) satisfying \[ \sup_{w\in D} \int\int_D (f^\#(z))^2 g^p(z,w) d\sigma_z <\infty\;\;\Big(\lim_{w\to \partial D} \int\int_D (f^\#(z))^2 g^p(z,w) d\sigma_z =0\Big), \] where \(g(z,w)\) is Green's function of \(D\). Criteria for functions \(f\) to be in \(Q^{\#}_p\) \( (Q^\#_{p,0})\) are given by the Ahlfors-Shimizu characteristic. Further, outer functions in \(Q^{\#}_p\) \((Q^\#_{p,0})\) are characterized and shown that every function in \(Q^{\#}_p\) \((Q^\#_{p,0})\) can be represented as a quotient of two functions in \(H^\infty \cap Q^{\#}_p\) \((H^\infty\cap Q^\#_{p,0})\).
