The product of distributions has been defined in various ways using different tools, among them Mikusinski's generalized operations on distributions, Colombeau's algebras and nonstandard analysis. The author of this paper uses a harmonic representation of distributions and nonstandard analysis to define a product of distributions denoted by \(\circ\) which is a generalization of the product for continuous functions on \(\mathbb{R}^n\). She obtains expressions for the products \(\delta\circ{\partial\over\partial x_i}\delta\) and \({\partial\over\partial x_i}\delta\circ {\partial\over\partial x_i} \delta\), \(i= 1,\dots, n\).
