The authors eliminate an error in their previous paper [\textit{D. Alekseevsky, A. Kriegl, P. W. Michor}, and \textit{M. Losik}, Isr. J. Math. 105, 203--233 (1998; Zbl 0912.26006)]. At the same time, they improve the results by \textit{M. Bronshtejn} [Sib. Math. J. 20, 347--352 (1980); translation from Sib. Mat. Zh. 20, 493--501 (1979; Zbl 0415.30003)].
