In this paper the author extends the Burnside algebra concept from groups to quasigroups. Given a subquasigroup \(P\) of a finite quasigroup \(Q\), the elements of the corresponding homogeneous space \(P\setminus Q\) are the orbits on \(Q\) of the relative left multiplication group of \(P\) in \(Q\). Each element of \(Q\) yields a Markov chain action on the homogeneous space \(P\setminus Q\) as a set of states. [See \textit{J. D. H. Smith}, Southeast Asian Bull. Math. 23, No.~4, 719-729 (1999; Zbl 0944.20059) and J. Algebra 241, No.~1, 193-203 (2001; Zbl 0994.20054).] In section 3 the author describes the full structure as an instance of an IFS in the sense of fractal geometry formalized in the concept of a \(Q\)-IFS. In section 5 of the paper the author describes briefly the probabilistic aspect of quasigroup \(Q\)-sets via the free barycentric algebra functor \(B\). The final section of this paper poses a Problem (Problem 8.3), asking for a structural description of the Burnside algebra's reduced tensor product reduct specified by a basis for its Jacobson radical and a complete set of primitive idempotents for the semisimple part. The final section also poses Theorem 8.4 that describes the decomposition of the tensor square of the regular homogeneous space \(\emptyset\setminus Q\) of a finite quasigroup \(Q\).
