There is a mistake in the proof of the proposition in \S 4 of [ibid. 43, 185-194 (1991; Zbl 0719.11072)], which was needed only to verify numerical examples. The author could not recover the proof of it. Consequently, the proposition is not proved. But numerical examples are recovered.
