The author gives results concerning a class of well-posed, nonlocal boundary value problems which arises when investigating wave motions in a waveguide having penetrable boundaries, the associated impedance condition depending on the angle of incidence of the incident wave. The problems are stated and the associated analysis presented from the standpoint of the Limiting Absorption Principle. Results are simply stated without proof.
