The Leray-Schauder degree theory is used to obtain sufficient conditions for the existence of solutions of the functional boundary value problem \(x''(t) = (F_ 1 (x,y, x'(t), y'(t), \lambda)) (t)\), \(y''(t) = (F_ 2 (x,y,x'(t), y'(t), \mu))(t)\), \(\alpha_ 0 (x) = 0 = \alpha_ 1 (x')\), \(x'(1) - x'(0) = 0\), \(\beta_ 0 (y) = 0 = \beta_ 1 (y')\), \(y'(1) - y'(0) = 0\), depending on two parameters \(\lambda\), \(\mu\). Here \(F_ 1, F_ 2 : X^ 2 \times\mathbb{R}^ 3 \to X\) are continuous locally bounded operators, \(\alpha_ 1, \beta_ 1 : X \to\mathbb{R}\) \((i = 0,1)\) are continuous increasing functionals and \(X\) is the Banach space of \(C^ 0\)-functions on \([0,1]\) with the sup-norm.
