Following \textit{C. Jia} [Sci. China, Ser. A 38, 385-406 and 513-523 (1995) see the reviews above], the author shows that \(\varphi= 7/81\) is an admissible value associated with the problem of Goldbach numbers in a short interval. This improvement also shows that if \(\psi> 2/27\), then, for almost all \(n\), the interval \(n< m< n+n^\psi\) contains a prime number.
