For a finite group \(G\) and locally trivial \(G\)-fibrations \(p : E \to B\) and \(p' : E' \to B'\) between compact \(G\)-ANRs with equivariant compact ANR fibers, consider a \(G\)-fiber homotopy equivalence \(h : E' \to E\) over the \(G\)-fiber homotopy equivalence \(f: B' \to B\). The author shows that for the topological torsion \(\tau\) one has \(\tau(h) = \kappa_G(B') \tau(h_b) + p^* \tau (f)\). Here the first term on the right is a fiberwise product of the equivariant Euler characteristic of \(B'\) and the torsion of the \(G_b\)-equivalence \(h_b\) induced by \(h\) on the fibers, and the second term is the torsion of the pullback of \(f\).
