This paper is related to geometric invariants in computer vision. For a pair of noncoplanar conics in \(P^3\) there is an unique absolut invariant by the action of the general linear group \(GL(3)\) in \(P^3\). This unique invariant can be geometrically constructed as the cross-ratio of 4 determined intersection points. In this paper, the algebraic invariant of a pair of noncoplanar conics is defined with the help of projective geometry and classical invariant theory, from the algebra of invariant of quadratic forms. Then, the relationship between the two invariants is established.
