We first establish the value distribution theory of algebroid functions in several complex variables, including the Second Main Theorem and the lemma of the logarithmic derivative. As for its elementary applications, we prove a general Malmquist type theorem of algebroid solutions of partial differential equations, and a uniqueness theorem of algebroid functions in several complex variables.
