Considering the biharmonic equation \(\Delta^2 u= \sum_{|\alpha|\leq 2} D^\alpha f_\alpha\) in a nonsmooth two- dimensional bounded domain \(\Omega\), with the Dirichlet condition \(D^\alpha u=0\) on \(\Gamma \subset \partial \Omega\), \(|\alpha |\leq 1\), the author finds some classes of domains for which the estimates of the derivatives of the generalized solutions are the best possible in a certain sense.
