The authors discuss the linearization problem for autonomous systems of differential equations (1) \(x_1'= Ax_1+ f(x_1, x_2)\), \(x_2'= Bx_2\) and the nonautonomous systems (2) \(x_1'= A(t) x_1+ f(t, x_1, x_2)\), \(x_2'= B(t) x_2\), where \(x_1\in \mathbb{R}^n\), \(x_2\in \mathbb{R}^m\), \(A\) and \(A(t)\) are \(m\times m\) matrices and \(A(t)\), \(B(t)\) are bounded and continuous on \(\mathbb{R}\). They prove that if all eigenvalues of matrix \(A\) have no zero real part and the function \(f\) is bounded and Lipschitzian, then (1) is strongly topologically equivalent to its linear system. The second result for the system (2) is similar: if \(x_1'= A(t) x_1\) has an exponential dichotomy and \(f\) is bounded and Lipschitzian, then (2) is strongly topologically equivalent to its linear system. In both theorems the estimates for the equivalent function \(H\) sending solutions of the systems (1) and (2) onto the solutions of the corresponding linear systems are given.
