The synthesis of an adaptive system for controlling an object with after- effect (Q1900773)

This paper deals with the stability of multidimensional linear systems. Sufficient conditions for asymptotic stability are derived; for a model that satisfies these conditions, algorithms for parametric self-adaption are derived. The algorithms are described by integrodifferential equations. This paper depends on previous Russian work, some of which dates back nearly forty years. The reader must struggle with the paper because too few details of previous work are included. However, the paper is an elegant mathematical work, and the paper contains valuable results.
