      Let \(K\) be a convex domain in the plane and let \(G\) be a line whose invariant density is denoted by \(dG\). The paper gives some integral formulas containing the integral \(I_2 = \int \sigma^2 dG\), where \(\sigma\) denotes the length of the chord \(G \cap K\). We state some of these formulas: a) \(FL = \int \sigma^2 (\sin \theta)^{-1}\, dG\) where \(F\) denotes the area of \(K \) and \(L\) the length of \(\partial K\) and \(\theta\) is the angle between the chord and the tangent at the point \(G \cap \partial K\). b) \(2F = \int \sigma^2/H (\varphi)\, dG\), where \(H (\varphi)\) is the support function of \(K\). c) \(I_2 = \int \sin \theta d P_1 dP_2\), where \(P_1 \in K\), \(P_2 \in \partial K\).
