With the help of two inversion formulas the generating functions for generalized \(q\)-Eulerian polynomials on \(r\)-tuples of permutations [\textit{R. P. Stanley}, J. Comb. Theory, Ser. A 20, 336-356 (1976; Zbl 0331.05004)] are obtained. Also the authors obtain the Diekert lifting to the free monoid of an inversion formula [\textit{P. Cartier} and \textit{D. Foata}, Lect. Notes Math. 85 (1969; Zbl 0186.30101)].
