Let \(Sf\) denote the Schwarzian derivative of the function \(f\) meromorphic in the unit disk \(\mathbb{D}\). Nehari has shown: Let \(p\) be a real function in \((- 1, +1)\) such that \((1- x^2)^2 p(x)\) is non-increasing and \(u''+ pu= 0\) has a non-vanishing solution in \((- 1,+ 1)\). If now \(|Sf(z)|\leq 2p(|z|)\) then \(f\) is univalent in \(\mathbb{D}\). The function \(f\) can be normalized such that \(f''(0)= 0\). Associated with \(p\) there is an explicit unique extremal function \(F\) that is real for \(- 1< x< 1\). If \(F(1)< \infty\) then it is known that \(f(\mathbb{D})\) is quasidisk. The authors here consider the case that \(F(1)= \infty\). If \(f\) is not this extremal function \(F\), then it is shown that \(f(\mathbb{D})\) is a Jordan domain in \(\mathbb{C}\). Furthermore, let \(\mu= \lim(1- x^2)^2 p(x)\) \((\leq 1)\). If \(\mu< 1\) then \(f(\mathbb{D})\) is a quasidisk and \(f\) satisfies a Hölder condition with any exponent \(\alpha> \sqrt{1- \mu}\), even with \(\alpha= \sqrt{1- \mu}\) in most cases of interest.
