The incremental endchronic plasticity of metals is extended to a finite element analysis (called EndoFEM). In the application to an OFHC plate with double edged notches, an equivalent endochonic time scale is introduced, by using a loading and then unloading method, to account for the historical effects of specimen preparations. In the application to RQC-100 steel SAE key-hole specimen with fatigue crack, the derived endochronic constitutive model has predictive capabilities in the hysteresis loops of stress-strain curves under various strain amplitudes.
