General response formula, local reachability and local controllability of a class of 2-D bilinear systems (Q1905693)

2-D systems described by bilinear difference equations with \(n\)-dimensional state vectors, \(m\)-dimensional input-vectors and \(p\)-dimensional output vectors are considered. Transition matrices are defined. A solution of the bilinear system with given boundary conditions is presented in terms of the transition matrices. Local controllability and local reachability of single input 2-D bilinear systems are defined. Necessary and sufficient conditions for local controllability and local reachability with the given boundary conditions are presented and illustrated by an example.
