The author continues the series of papers on differential identities and relations. Let \(R\) be a prime ring with involution, \(d\) and \(h\) be derivations of \(R\) and \(c_i\) be elements in the extended centroid of \(R\). The main result gives a detailed description of expressions \(c_1 x^d y^h+ c_2 y^h x^d+ c_3 x^h y^d+ c_4 y^d x^h\) that have central values when evaluated at the symmetric or skew-symmetric elements of \(R\).
