The author first explains a result by \textit{J. Pykacz} [Int. J. Theor. Phys. 33, No. 7, 1403-1416 (1994; Zbl 0819.03048)]\ stating that each fuzzy quantum logic is a quantum logic (i.e. an orthocomplemented \(\sigma\)-orthocomplete orthomodular poset). Then he generalizes Pykacz's result considering more general systems (so-called \(t\)-conorm and \(t\)-norm operations), of course without a proof [for details see: the author, Int. J. Theor. Phys. 33, No. 7, 1417-1425 (1994; Zbl 0819.03049)].
