The problem developed in this paper is related to interconnections in high speed electronic circuits. A two dimensional-integral of the measured voltage has to be computed. The phenomenon is modelized by the equation \[ NL \biggl( CV^* + T \bigl( I_{ss} - I(0) \bigr) \biggr) = \int^T_0 \int^t_0 \Delta V(v) dv dt \] where only \(L\) is unknown. But the numerical computation of the two-dimensional integral can't be done accurately. By using the method of integration by parts one can obtain a one-dimensional integral and \(L\) and \(I(t)\) (the current) are given as functions of simple integrals involving \(\Delta V\). The Simpson rule is used for calculating these integrals. A numerical example is given.
