\textit{V. A. Skvortsov} [Mat. Zametki 4, 33-40 (1968; Zbl 0183.33403)] introduced a Perron-type integral which does not exhibit the Lusin N-property but can be used to compute the coefficients of an everywhere convergent Haar or Walsh series. Here the author introduces a more restrictive Perron-type integral which both enjoys the Lusin N-property and can be used to compute the coefficients of everywhere convergent Haar or Walsh series.
