A multidomain technique is considered where the interface conditions are fulfilled by means of a suitable combination of the continuity of the solution and of its normal derivative. Some choices are investigated and, in particular, a choice that allows the solution of the multidomain problem through two solutions for each subproblem is proposed. For discretization a collocation method is employed. The method is numerically compared with the classical Dirichlet/Neumann iteration.
