On acyclic curves. A survey of results and problems (Q1908573)

The author exposes all known results about acyclic curves. Starting from the years of Knaster and Kuratowski, the author exposes all known results on dendrites and dendroids with regards to planability, contractibility, existence of a universal object, etc. he also exposes the preservation of various acyclic curves by various classes of mappings (monotone, open, confluent, etc.). One must say that this subject has been almost exhausted, so it was time to see such a review paper in the literature.
