This paper continues the above one (Zbl 0842.16035) and deals with distributively generated seminearrings (briefly: d.g.). A seminearring \(R\) is called d.g. if it is generated by a subsemigroup \(D\) of \((R,\cdot)\) such that \(d(x+y)=dx+dy\) holds for all \(d\in D\) and \(x,y\in R\). In particular, prime ideals of a d.g. \(SI\)-seminearring \(R\) are investigated, and also topological spaces formed by prime ideals of a d.g. seminearring \(R\) with an identity. As in the first paper, nearly all results are given without a proof or only with a sketch of a proof.
