Let \(U\) be a domain in \(\mathbb{R}^2\) which consists of two mutually disjoint domains \(U_1\) and \(U_2\). Then there exists a unique anticonform mapping \(R:U_1\mapsto U_2\), \(U_2\mapsto U_1\) such that \(u(x,y)=-u(R(x,y))\) provided that \(\Delta u=0\) in \(U\), and \(u=0\) at the common boundary of \(U_1\), \(U_2\). This expression is the simplest reflection formula for the Laplace operator. The possibility to construct the reflection formula was shown in \textit{P. Garabedian} [J. Math. Mech. 9, No. 2, 241-271 (1960; Zbl 0096.06503)], and the aim of the paper is to generalize the reflection formula to high-order elliptic equations in the two-dimensional case. The main tool is applying the Green's formula in the complex plane.
