      The author considers the following singularly perturbed systems: \[ \varepsilon B(t) \dot x = A(t) x + \mu X (x,t) \] \[ \varepsilon B(t) \dot y = A(t)y + \int^1_0 K_0 (t,s)y(s) ds + \lambda f \left(t,y, \int^1_0K \bigl( t,s,y(s) \bigr) ds \right) \] where \(x,y\) are \(n\)-dimensional vectors, \(A(t)\), \(B(t)\) are \(n \times n\) matrices whose entries are continuous in \(t \in [0,T]\) and \(\text{det} B(t) = 0\), \(\text{det} A(t) \neq 0\); \(\varepsilon,\mu,\lambda\) ar small parameters. The vector function \(X(x,t)\) is continuous, periodic with period \(T\), nonlinear and differentiable with respect to \(x\) in a certain domain \(|x |\leq \mathbb{R}\). \(K_0 (t,s)\) is an \(n \times n\) matrix and \(K(t,s,y)\) is a vector function. They are continuous in the closed domain \(0\leq t\), \(s\leq 1\). \(f(t,y, \int^1_0 K(t,s,y (s))ds)\) is a vector function, continuous in all arguments and if \(\int^1_0 K(t,s,y (s))ds = q\) then \(f(t,y,q) \in C [t]\), \(C^1[y]\), \(C^1 [q]\). Existence and construction of the solution are investigated using iterative processes convergent in the Cauchy sense.
