The aim is 1) to justify, to develop and to systematize the previous partial results concerning the characteristic temperature of probability \(U\); 2) to deduce the corresponding chemical and physical mean parameters and to discuss the influence of the realistic varying \(U\). Basically, this study is an attempt for fitting a flexible vibrational bias mechanism (expressed via a generalized Marrone-Treanor model) to the semi-empirical results concerning the nonequilibrium mean rates.
