Absolute values on algebras \(H(D)\) (Q1911504)

Let \(K\) be an algebraically closed field complete with respect to a non-Archimedean absolute value. For an infinite subset \(D\) of \(K\) let \(R(D)\) be the set of rational functions \(h \in K(X)\) with no poles in \(D\) and \(H(D)\) the completion of \(R(D)\) with respect to the topology of uniform convergence on \(D\). The necessary and sufficient conditions for existence of continuous semi-absolute values of \(H(D)\) in the language of filters of \(D\) are presented. The paper contains numerous misprints.
